“They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there. There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site. The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes...

“Excellent!!! Host was on point with all information. Looking to stay again!!”

“Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. Like literally, the bathroom knob was broken and the host is like IDC if someone come into the bathroom while you poop.”

“This was the perfect place for us! We did a lot of fishing and crabbing from the dock. OBX beaches are less than a mile away. The host is very responsive. Great neighbor kitty who loved to visit with us. (And his mom was very nice and chatty too!)”

“Sharon was very attentive to the details in planning out everything you would need to use all of the amenities here. Communication was perfect! I highly recommend this gem of a place! My wife and I are already making plans to come back again in the very near future.”

“The host was great with communication and the amenities are as listed. The property was well taken care of and my family enjoyed the gaming system. Just a side note, the home is located on a dirt road in case that deters people but everyone was friendly that we met and it was serene!”

“The outdoor areas were just as described nice hot tub and game area was enjoyed by all. The pond was quite a distance and we never found the tennis courts and community pool until the last day of our stay we learned it was located in the neighborhoods to each side of the one the house is in. The beach is more like a 30 min walk thru unfamiliar communities, with no signage or directions along the way. The house itself appears to be a fixer upper with a poor paint job in several of the rooms...

“House was clean and as described. Sauna and hot tub were great!”

“The pool table was a big hit with the family, great to have on a rainy day.”

“Awesome vacation! Amazing house, super clean, very inviting! Looked like the pictures! Perfect home for my husband, teenage daughter and her friend, and my in-laws to relax and discover the Outer Banks! Would definitely recommend! My mother-in law and I thoroughly enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck and watching the rabbits! It was the perfect way to start the morning! My 14 yr old daughter and her friend enjoyed being in the pool, and my husband and father in-law enjoyed playing shuffle...

“The property was amazing. The location was also great. I will definitely come to stay here again.”

“Great stay! Pool, golf cart, and beach supplies were much appreciated! Memorable week!”

“Great spot and would love to return! Easy walk to the beach and loved being on the bay with a dock and pool. Comfortable, convenient and easy!”

“We had a fantastic stay at this updated, clean home in Corolla! The host was incredibly helpful with excellent communication throughout our trip. The house was extremely well-stocked with everything we needed, and the short walk or drive with quick access to the beach made our days effortless. A few minor cosmetic issues were present, but they are easily fixed and didn't impact our stay in the slightest. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends!”
