Dunfermline Stay
Of the three properties we stayed in during our recent vacation, this was the most professionally run. The landlord had their county approval form allowing short term rentals prominently displayed, and had the instructions for operation of the range and microwave available in a kitchen drawer. There was an information page of local shops and restaurants provided. There is a convenience store, a fish-and-chips place, a bakery, and a Tesco supermarket all within reasonable walk from the rental. Of the 3 rentals I stayed in, the washing machine in this one was the best.The only minor complaints I have are that there is no dishwasher in the rental and for cleaning the kitchen floor I would prefer a spray mop with disposable pads. There is no room for a dishwasher in the kitchen, though, so there isn't much that can be done about this.This is a modern, well-furnished rental.
