“Location was great. Place could use a refresh. The big complaint was lack of info on how to get into the unit after hours. The bldg is supposed to lock at 7pm and on 3 occasions it was locked around 5pm. We did have a key to access back of bldg. But we did not take it with us one day as we were returning way before 7pm one night. AFTER 3 nights there we were finally told how to access the key fob that allowed us entry into the bldg. “Just a few items, miscommunication about the lock box. The 4 digit code was never given in the check in instructions. Since the property required a FOB access before you can gain entry and use the SMART lock for entry to the rental, our check-in was delayed until we contacted the manager several times to retrieve the code.
