“Hotel muy comodo”

“Property was cute. Needs a deep clean. Animal hair, corners and ceiling other than that the place was great. I would give 4.7 stars if allowed.”

“Lovely place off main hwy, quite & serene. Great communication with host. Awesome amenities, if you have forgotten anything, host has made up for them.”

“Property was as advertised, for most part. They were clear about the 42 stairs to get to the space, so don't ignore that. It is a real issue if you do not like, or are unable, to walk up steps! But was clearly stated prior to going so not a surprise for us.Overall, it's a good space and fit our needs. In a good location. There are two reasons it did not get five stars from us: First, some of the appliances need updated, primarily television in the living room and oven, which had burner issues....

“Great property”

“I'm still not clear whether this was a Vacasa or VRBO reservation. I checked in at 4:00 and was instructed to use a code to enter the building; no code was provided, which was not a problem since the door to the building was unlocked. However, when I returned later that evening, the building was inaccessible. I contacted Vacasa who sent the check-in instructions and they informed me that they no longer were managing the property???? So they could not help me. We had to wait outside for 30...

“My overall stay with stellar great location great accommodations”

“The location was clean and beds were comfortable. There was a washer and dryer complete with detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, flatware, coffee pot/water kettle. The AC units struggled to cool the entire property so nights were left kind of sweaty and uncomfortable. There was a finishing nail sticking out of the flooring into the upstairs bathroom that I cut my toe on. If not for my next attribute, I would stay here again, but the hike to get to...

“The host was available to answer questions. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable.”

“Great location, clean and quiet.”

“Great location, easy access to town and to walking / hiking paths. Well maintained and had everything we needed. 3rd floor left us a bit winded coming from sea level but we adjusted within a couple of days :)”

“House was clean, well equipped and a great location!”

“Can I give 6 stars??? If I could, I wouldn't hesitate! We had the most phenomenal stay at Heart Stone House. The hosts have thought of everything to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The house is beautiful, spacious, and has many indoor and outdoor spots to relax, connect, and enjoy the beauty of Durango. The location is fantastic - we walked to hiking trails, the river walk, and to great restaurants and coffee spots. We hope to return, both to Durango and to Heart Stone House!”

“Great house for our family of 7 with lots of room and beautiful views.”

“Very beautiful place will definitely stay here again”

“Beautiful home and location. Host is very informative and quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our stay.”
