“I recently stayed here for a training event. The facilities were generally ok and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Some parts of the property do feel a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. The main issue I had was with the shower in my room, which had no cold water at all and was boiling hot. Unfortunately, I only discovered this in the morning, so there wasn’t really time for it to be fixed before I had to leave.”

“I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process”

“Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in...
