“I recently stayed here for a training event. The facilities were generally ok and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Some parts of the property do feel a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. The main issue I had was with the shower in my room, which had no cold water at all and was boiling hot. Unfortunately, I only discovered this in the morning, so there wasn’t really time for it to be fixed before I had to leave.”

“I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process”

“The property was alright itself. host needs to set correct checkin times. when I booked it said 11am but when we arrived host said 3pm. He did let us in, but the initial back and fkward was not something I really needed: especially after a long trip. When it comes to communication I was lacking. I didn't have any check in information sent before arrivak, and when I tried sending him a message through hotels.com I still haven't had a reply till date.
