“Good location. Easy walk to dining and transportation. They could leave instructions on how to use washer/dryer but otherwise everything was fine. It is a basement unit and the last night the people above us made a lot noise but that’s not anything the owner can control. Nice size using and close to dining and shopping. It does not have AC - not a complaint but just for information. It would have been nice to have had a fan.”
