La gente del servicio es muy atenta, pero te tienes que acostumbrar al ritmo del Pacífico, con calma. “The property has a nice view of the bay. If you are wanting a secluded area this is it, not very much around. Most of the time music was blaring from the reception area, song playing on repeat for days. The staff won’t turn it down even when they can’t hear you asking a question, this matched with building noises. “We stayed here as we needed emergency accommodation due to volcanic activity and our flights being cancelled. Property was clean and the kitchen was useful as the Bon Marché supermarket was less than 5 minutes walk from the property. Staff were kind and helpful.”

“Location was good . Only a short bus ride into town . Very quiet and peaceful . It is self-contained so we brought a lot of snacks over from Australia as it is very expensive over there. Breakfast was very slow . Nearly missed our tour because our order wasn’t placed properly , another 2 times they got the order wrong and then tried to charge me for something I hadn’t even bought when we were checking out . “Absolutely lovely,helpful staff and convenient location in walking distance from Port Vila. Regrettably the property needs maintenance and updating. The water for showers is lukewarm, the internet needs updating as iit was unavailable and the lagoon can't be used due to pollution from sewerage. It has potential if some money is spent on the facilities.”
