Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...

La gente del servicio es muy atenta, pero te tienes que acostumbrar al ritmo del Pacífico, con calma. Tienen wifi gratis en la recepción, no es una maravilla pero es constante, así que con paciencia ni tan mal. “Lovely little getaway. Good (and very generous) breakfasts served by lovely staff, equally good evening meals. It’s good to have two restaurants on site (though I only used Cafe Vila) as there’s not really anything to do/anywhere to go nearby. Rooms are well kept, but a little dated.”

“We were hesitant to book Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu after reading some reviews, but it ended up being a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming — drinks on arrival and live music set the tone straight away.
