“Pros: The house was great, good airconditioning, nice facilities, swimmingpool but also the kitchen, bbq and sitting areas. Also the host was very kind, explained everything and maked sure we had a nice stay. Cons: If you want to go somewhere, also supermarket you need a car to come there unless you want to do everything with taxi. Nothing is on walking distance.”

“Pros: Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 9 Leuten gereist (26J - 29J). Die Lage war für uns optimal, mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer und einer 15 Minuten Entfernung zur Playa. Der großzügige Außenbereich mit einem großen Pool war perfekt, um den Tag zu verweilen. Es war soweit alles vorhanden, was man in der Grundausstattung erwarten würde. “We travelled to Palma for our son's wedding and we wanted a villa so we could all be together. The villa is perfect for people looking for a quiet location but a short walk from all of the attractions. Our host Pedro was amazing and so accommodating. The villa had lots of personal touches and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful city of Palma and its surroundings. The views from the kitchen and outside balcony are beautiful. A fantastic place to stay and unwind. ”

“Schöne ruhige saubere Finca. Cafés Restaurants Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Marktplatz in drei vier Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren mit sechs Personen und einem kleinen Kind dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in 15 bis 46 Minuten mit dem Auto (sollte man schon haben) erreichbar. Zwei Parkplätze in der Garage vorhanden. Tagsüber haben wir unsere Touren gemacht (Palma, Valldemossa, Aquarium, Naturpark, El Arenal, Port de Nose) und in der Finca entspannt den Abend...

“Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Ankunft war dank Self Check In einfach und ohne Probleme. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen aber schön ruhig. Der Pool ist groß und lädt zum Baden ein.Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und bei Ankunft roch es extrem muffig. Eine Grundausstattung war leider nicht vorhanden. In einem Ferienhaus in dem die meisten Menschen per Flugzeug anreisen, sollte so etwas wie Spülmaschinentabs, Gewürze oder ausreichend Toilettenpapier (bei Ankunft gab es eine...
