“Hotel and room was excellent. The provided breakfast was disappointing. Low levels of food what was there seemed to be sitting for a while. All in all stay was great ”

“The updates to the rooms were modern and restful, although they were not that clean. The sheets on our bed had yellow stains that were not from us, the staff did nothing to change them. The food at breakfast was very good, although the waffle maker was not happy and the mix didn't make complete waffles.”

“This is a great choice for a stay in Prince George. The only downfall for me was the breakfast was only served until 9:00 and that is it for eating at this hotel. ”

“A little disappointed with the pomeroy. Check in was awsome. We got to the room and notice hair in the bathtub, poor lightning in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was not secure and did not lock. The fridge did not cool and the coffee pot was not clean. With the hotel being pet friendly, outside the hotel had alot of poop that was not picked up. Although, the beds were comfy and the water park was a hit with our grandson, we won't be staying here again”

“Smelled very badly like smoke on our floor. Rooms could definitely use some TLC. We had one tiny bar of soap, not enough washcloths etc.”

“No reservation when we arrived. Expaedia system errored and booked us a day later. I had to reserve again on the spot. Thank goodness I insured the initial booking. Cancelled it. Color scheme was dingy and older. A bug crawled on my adult son who was our driver. Our room was quite aways down the hallway. Quite a walk for two elders.”
