“We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at York Street. This was a return visit as the house is perfectly located for Shepherds Marina. The house is spotless and has a lovely garden/ outdoor seating. With 2 good sized clean and modern bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed in living room makes it perfect for a crew of 6-8. The Island Holiday Company made booking and check-in very easy. We’ll be back next year!”

“Well-equipped, comfortable modern property with easy car parking. Fully equipped kitchen, Sky TV and strong wifi connection. Well- located for reaching the main destinations, but nowhere is far on the Isle of Wight. Bus stops nearby. Deck chairs provided in the cupboard under the stairs: ideal for sitting in the courtyard outside. Bed is extremely comfortable.”

“We were three families with four children (age range from 14 months to 13 years) and two dogs. We think that Laurel Cottage is a super house - great for family gatherings. It is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen/utility room. It is clean, tidy and well-maintained. The garden is lovely (would have been even lovelier if the weather had allowed us to use it!). “Well appointed house, ideal for a group or large family holiday. A cafetière would be a welcome addition to the kitchen and a couple of the bedrooms would benefit from privacy blinds as they are overlooked. Also we appreciate that this is a deliberate design feature, but the wonderful balconies having opaque glass means you can’t see the views unless standing up or on a high chair.”
