“Personal poco profesional. Algunos claro. Servicio en general es más que mediocre. Personal no formado. ”

“The area was nice and very accessible to the embassy and other agencies. The only problem was that the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by many cockroaches. The floor and walls had some cracks, and some parts of the floor were open to the other room, which I thought was where the cockroaches came from — they just crossed borders.”

“The room was old and smelled of mold and mildew. The pillows smelled of moldy feathers, and the sheets smelled moldy too. By 2 am, I couldn't sleep and was freezing because there was no way to turn off the air conditioning. I knew I would have had a medical emergency if I had stayed another night in these conditions. I checked out the next morning. I told the staff about the problem, and all they offered was a different room with a better view instead of the wall of the next building over. It...

“I booked this place expecting a regular private condo as advertised, but it turned out to be a shared apartment with two other guests. I had to share the bathroom and kitchen, which was never mentioned clearly on the website. The owner refused a refund when I tried to cancel, even though the pictures online were completely different from the actual property. The room smelled awful, and I was so uncomfortable that I booked another hotel that same night. This was a very disappointing and...

“Bueno hotel en esta area de shopping. ”

“Staff is friendly and I have stayed here before but this visit was disappointing. They booked me in a room near the service elevators with staff making all kinds of noise and there is no hot water. I called for room service for hours but nobody answers the phone. My last day upon check out I inquired at the reataurant why no one answered for room service. Their reply was that I needed to press 6 from my room phone but in my room the phone is clearly marked 4 for room service. Anyways their...

“Great that they have the restaurant on the first floor available all the time.”

“The Heritage never dissapoint me... great staff!”

“Habitación impecable y servicio muy correcto. ”

“No venden alojamiento, venden experiencias. Es justamente eso lo que hacen. Todo muy bien hecho”

“Hands down best place to stay when in Manila. Easy to communicate with the owner. Unit was clean and well-provided with the things I need for my stay. Prettiest view of the bay. Location is conveniently located near malls, stores, restaurants, etc. Wifi is strong. Smart TV in the living room. Cooking and dining needs provided. Love this place!”

“No rags and wipes inside unit.”
