“Towels seemed old and colors are off white . Overall experience excellent. Staff at front desk to housekeeping services are excellent.”

“The unique concept and decor is the reason I came and extended my stay. Friendliness of staff was great. When to restaurant daily and live music in the bar 4 nights a week was not too loud to disturb.”

“The room was old and smelled of mold and mildew. The pillows smelled of moldy feathers, and the sheets smelled moldy too. By 2 am, I couldn't sleep and was freezing because there was no way to turn off the air conditioning. I knew I would have had a medical emergency if I had stayed another night in these conditions. I checked out the next morning. I told the staff about the problem, and all they offered was a different room with a better view instead of the wall of the next building over. It...

“My stay was in the executive suite which has always been an excellent place to stay. But when I was in the deluxe king bedroom there were a few things that could have been maintained better.”
