I LOVED Paul's (owner/manager) attitude about closing out the house - "you are on vacation... you don't need to do anything except collect your things..." “Wonderful place to stay and would definitely return! Very walkable to riverfront and many excellent restaurants. Very clean! Host provided us a yummy welcoming snack basket. Our family of 6 had plenty of space to sleep and relax. Well stocked kitchen hardware, dishes, pans, etc. Thanks for a great stay!”

Uncomfortable double bed and for the price (over 300 a night) I would expect more comfort. Bathroom modern, no bath, but great shower. A nice space but cleaners left food in cupboards and grease. “The amenities in the property were very poor. The price I paid for one night stay was extort for the facilities on offer in the property. The heating only worked in the kitchen. The electric heaters in other rooms were present but could not be switched on. There was no hot water in the property. We tried following the advice in the property folder but were unable to turn on the hot water. The mattress in the main bedroom was very springy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, very poor...

“House was reasonably clean and well appointed and comfortable. Poor communication from property as to how to check in, which house we were staying at etc.Thankfully the family staying on the other side helped us out. A bit of a far walk from city centre, but doable.”

“I was suprised when i rented this cottage and its actually kinda like a threeplex. its not the whole place and its very small but good enough for what we needed. there is men that live on each side of the rental property. so when you walk up to the cottage its actually the third door thats the rental. does need updating and a real good clean but like i said it was good enough for one night. if i would have booked for only me i probably wouldn't have stayed. its in the middle of no where.”
