“We highly recommend this property!! It is beautifully decorated, centrally located and extremely clean!! We had a group of 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 4 month old baby. “The unit was amazing. It was just as pictured! 4 separate bedrooms - 3 with queens and one with 2 queens. There are three total full baths, one of which is an ensuite. It was a Very quick walk to the train station. The unit was spacious and clean. The area is quiet with a few bodegas and late night pizza nearby. Communication with the host was really easy and the checkin/checkout was flexible as our flights changed. We plan on staying again during our next visit to NYC. ”

Some of the towels were new and left black lint all over us, but there were other towels to use. 3rd bathroom is a half bath and I missed that in the description. Also arrived to a wide open window in a bedroom but we figured out how to close it. Overall, we had a lovely stay! ”

“Edificio viejo y en pésimas condiciones. El departamento es correcto, muy justo. Apenas hay para cocinar y el estado general de conservación es regular. No volvería. ”

“My son and I went to NYC for Spring Break. This apartment is walking distance to Columbus Circle, which makes it easy to get around. Food and groceries are also within walking distance. I really enjoyed the backyard space. Check in was tricky because we flew in and did not arrive until after 5pm.”

“Extremely convenient for any activities on UWS and easy access to Central Park and public transport. Small, as expected for NYC. Communication for check-in was a bit confusing, but worked out. Got no reply to a followup question- we had only one key so that required a lot of coordination with my family member. Bathroom was a bit mildewy and towels had stains, but sheets very clean and soft. Kitchenette is functional. Overall we were happy with the stay, especially the location.”

“Don’t even think twice: staying in the Green Room will make your time in the city amazing. Follow the helpful instructions to enter the apartment and it is like entering the Emerald City. "Estamos súper felices con la estancia en este hotel,su ubicación está súper buena,cerca de time square,de los subways ,pero lo que más nos gustó fue el servicio de todos los empleados (bilingües),la comida y bebidas del restaurante son muy buenas,la elaboración de los cocteles muy buena y la comida exquisita,el servicio 5 estrella,gracias"

"The location is great with very quick access to several subway lines that can take you to many points of interest in NYC. Getting from LGA and to JFK airports was super easy taking subway lines just around the corner from the hotel. Facilities are good and clean and hotel staff is friendly and supportive. Feel price was a bit high, but maybe compensated with very good location. I recommend this place ! "
