Every instruction needed is provided in linked videos that are extremely helpful, highly recommend watching before trying to open the door! Only tips are watch your toes on small, raised levels, bathroom, kitchen etc. Also, no need for gym, we got a great workout everyday climbing up the stairs, but well worth it for such an incredible location! “El departamento está muy bien ubicado. Esta en planta baja lo cual facilita el acceso con equipaje . La única desventaja es que en las fotos aparece mas amplio de lo q realmente es . Para uno o máximo dos visitantes está bien . Para más tiene poco espacio . ”

La ventaja es que es un barrio muy centrico, en la estacion de metro...

“Great communication from David and loved the flexibility in allowing us to drop off our luggage before checkin. Good location for the price, however, as others have mentioned, the room smelled quite musty. I’m unsure if it was due to the rain when we were there, but there were ants everywhere. They crawled onto the sofa bed and the side table (even when we didn’t have food on the table), making it a quite uncomfortable and disappointing stay.”
