This property delivered as a home base for my teenager and I in a lovely out of the way (in a good way) neighborhood. The updated apartment was as described and in perfect proximity to a grocery store, bakeries, bistros and even shopping. Renovation is recent and modern and amenities are designed for travelers, such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, safe for valuables, enough plates and silverware to avoid running the dishwasher after every meal.
