“Excellent apartment in downtown Vancouver. Reading the other reviews knew that we would have to collect keys from nearby (300m) convenience store so just arranged for the taxi to stop there first. Well provisioned with tea and coffee and everything is there for those who want to use the kitchen and cook in. Maggie communicated well and it was a very enjoyable stay, Vancouver has a lot to offer!”

“Good central location. Walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. We were able to drop off our bags early which was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.”

Since it is in Chinatown, we enjoyed the most wonderful Chinese food 2 nights our stay. We did encounter a few homeless people, but they were harmless and it is common in most big cities. Vancouver is beautiful, and the people are wonderful.”

“Chan and manager Julia were responsive when contacted. Location was perfect for our needs, close to Skytrain, shopping, groceries, restaurants. Condo was stylish and clean with all you need for a stay. While the property needs a few refresher updates, we would stay there again. It was clean, nice building and centrally located. ”

“Great place in an ideal location—just steps from Gastown, the cruise port, and everything you might need. There are convenient stores, bakeries, and plenty of spots to explore nearby. The loft itself is modern, spacious, and beautifully designed with a stylish urban feel. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!”

“Two couples stayed in may 2025. Apartment was clean, great windows let in lots of light. It is well appointed with full kitchen and owner provides good coffee. We recommend it anyone as long as you are not over sensitive to the noise from the metro which is directly below. Little or no draw or shelf space. We had a good time. ”
