Pros: communication with host was great very responsive, the beds were okay, enjoy the hot water in the shower, the neighborhood feel safe to walk around any time of day or night, enjoy the pool and gym area, the location was great it was close by many grocery stores and restaurants and a couple of parks all in walking distance from the apartment loved that. “Checking was very easy and fast, simple . Property manager communication was great and they were always available. Building in it self is in great location with great amenities. Thanks for having me”

“Good location, but property a little unkept. The AC and shower hose in one of the rooms were not working and no one came to fix it during my stay.”

“Good value and comfortable stay in ciudad colonial. The only problem was the water in the shower would splash unto the bathroom floor, maybe having longer shower curtains would help. Definitely recommend this stay.”
