“The property looked like the pictures and it is in a prime location for a great price. A few cons are that the cleanliness was not the best. The floors looked a bit dirty and there were other little things that showed that things were not the cleanest. Also the communication was great but a little much at times. There seemed to be a message from the host every few hours. But the benefit is that there were also quick responses. There are also a few things that you have to do before being allowed...

“Easy to talk with Host and the stay was nice. The floor does creek a lot in the common areas but not sure if that affects downstairs. The facade of the building looks much better than what it is portrayed in Google Map- that photo was in 2023. We would book again.”

“Location was excellent. Within a 10 minute walk you can find everything. Room was nice. They had drinks, coffee and snacks already available at no extra charge. I had my dogs with me and the host made us very comfortable having them there and showed genuine concern with their anxities. ( They didn't like the fireworks going off at Tiger game.) Definitely is an animal lover and we were very appreciative of that. We felt very safe even at night with the security and police presence all around. I...

“Overall a very solid experience! The property genuinely looks better in person than in the pictures which says something. Street parking is generally available and in a safe neighborhood. Some communication delays at times, but received everything that I needed to for the check-in process. Only points of note were the WiFi/shower functionality, but these were more observations than concerns. Would highly recommend for someone looking to visit downtown without the $1k price tag of hotels.”
