“Overall our stay was okay. The main issue was that the unit was not clean. There were crumbs all over the floors and the counters and mirrors had not been wiped down. There were dirty dishes in the sink. There was also only one towel and no hand soap, and the host was able to drop off those items which we appreciated. The host was communicative and helpful, but we wish the space had been cleaner. ”

“Great property and great location. Well cared for and maintained. Support from the owners / managers was always available and prompt. Getting the building key was a bit tricky as other reviewers have also mentioned. The box for the key is really small on an outside wall so easy to miss. We received some noise complaints from other tenants - we weren’t loud but may have been our kids playing. Was before 9:30pm. Just something to know that there may be other tenants there used to really quiet...

“Everything was exactly as described. I had messaged the host as we arrived a little earlier than check in time; he met us and allowed us to enter early. He had welcome snacks and drinks for us. Amenities were excellent. Just a short 2 block walk to Little Caesars Arena where we had a great time for our first hockey game. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation about booking this room again. You will not be disappointed!”

“Guadalupe 's communication is perfect for a host. It's a nice short walk to downtown to the stadiums or you have the lightrail option. Stayed with my son while doing a tour of MLB parks in Toronto, Detroit and both Chicago's. That back bedroom gets superhot”

We parked in the attached structure, which was convenient, safe, not outrageously priced. The host answered our questions quickly and was helpful.”
