“This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one.”

“This property was everything it says it is.It was a great stay in a great location.The only negative, if I can find one, is the 5 story walk up that narrowed to a sliver once at the top. “El departamento está muy bien ubicado. Esta en planta baja lo cual facilita el acceso con equipaje . La única desventaja es que en las fotos aparece mas amplio de lo q realmente es . Para uno o máximo dos visitantes está bien . Para más tiene poco espacio . ”

“Muy limpio, decoracion original y agradable, funcional, bien provisto de todo lo necesario, buenos detalles, zapatillas de estar por casa, secador de pelo, aire acondicionado, televisores en salon y habitacion, cafetera, micro ondas, vitrocerámica... La cama principal espectacular, grande y cómoda. Hacen la habitacion todos los dias. El barrio bastante ruidoso, pero el apartamento tiene buenas ventanas que aislan bastante bien. La ventaja es que es un barrio muy centrico, en la estacion de metro...

“I liked the location,which was the Marais district with restaurants, and easy shopping. However, the facility where I stayed was not acceptable. It had black mold in the kitchen and bathroom area. It also had dirty carpet and a dark atmosphere. Very small place that can barely accommodate one person. Shower curtain was very dirty etc. coffee pot, but no coffee mug. So dissatisfied with my accommodation. I do not recommend.”

“If you have a weekend or week long trip to Paris, this place is more than enough. It’s near a lot of bus stops, metro stations and, if you want to walk, Louvre, Notre Dame and the Pantheon will be very close by walking. I would definitely book again here.”
