“We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. The views from the 32nd floor are so wonderful, my kids didn't want to leave. I can't rate the amenities offered like shuttle, pool or fitness center because we didn't use them at all, but you will be charged for it. I gave a 4 star for the check in only because our key didn't work to open the door first time and had to go all the way downstairs to get it fixed. “The location and resort are absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony was incredible both during the day and at night—truly breathtaking. The check-in process had a few hiccups, however, the property manager was flexible and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated.That said, once we were settled in, the stay was great. The amenities were superb and really added to the experience.”

“The property did not advertised valet parking only at $30/day. Valet was not truly what we all know of valet. We had to go across the other building, go up on the 3rd floor of the car garage that smelled very bad to weed. The apartment was advertised as a four bedroom, but it was more like 3 1/2. The fourth one was a walled room out of the dinning room without closet, dresser and far from a restroom. There were parties on the floor above us way past midnight.”
