“The property is clean, the host is great with communication, and the location is excellent, especially with the train nearby for easy access to New York. One thing to mention is that, being in a lively area, there can occasionally be some noise from cars in the early morning, people outside, or footsteps from other guests. That said, this is not something the host can really control, and overall I still give it 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Host has been very unreasonable and unresponsive. The host stole my money after I brought to his attention that I walked into an infestation. The property was not clean and the host refused to give me a refund to a place I did not stay at at all. There were bugs everywhere. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! It may look decent in the photos, but once you get there it’s filthy and infested with bugs”

“Very nice property, the view of Manhattan is amazing from the rooftop! We really enjoyed staying here, and beds were comfortable. The house was clean, the only thing we experienced was a bit noisy on Wednesday night from an alarm going off at the factory behind the property.Friday night someone had a party with loud noise and Saturday night was mild noise, but it's expected in the city. I'd stay here again because of the views and comfort! The property manager was absolutely awesome, he stayed...

“We had a great trip. This apartment is 15-20 min walk to PATH station, we went every day to get to NYC. Since it was spring we used the heat AND A/C., both worked great. Street noise was low thursday/friday but picked up saturday night. There was a supermarket 8-10 min walk away. Kitchen had enough pans to make omelets in the morning. The inside was very clean. We would stay here again.”
