“Excellent apartment for Aspen”

“Beautiful renovated condo within walking distance of downtown Aspen, shops and restaurants. The unit is clean and beds all very comfortable, the size was perfect for our family of 3. Loved being on the river and is a quieter corner of town. Kitchen was well equipped and had some basic spices on hand. Would stay here again. ”

“The neighborhood was not great. The last 2 nights we were there there as a bunch of people partying quite litterly all night in the next apartment, with the sound coming into our bedroom. Our manager didn't respond to our call.I don't think the apartment was reflective of the pictures. and I would never stay in a unit next to what looked to be a drug flop house. ”

“Shower in one of two bathrooms never worked and was not fixed for duration of stay. Excuses offered but lack of acknowledgment that perhaps a unit should not be leased out until fundamentals are in working orderNot that large, furniture pretty beat up.”

“Excellent condo, clean, excellent gym, a lot of extra perks not usually found in rentals --- cotton balls and q-tips and emergency kits in each bathroom, lamps and good sized night stands on both sides of each bead -- thermostats in each room--good kitchen, with modern appliances. Both bathrooms were very nice and modern. What more could one ask for?”

“We had a great stay at this condo in Aspen. The place was very clean and recently updated, which made it feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived.The location was one of the best parts — it’s just a short walk to town and the gondola, so everything was super accessible without needing to drive. The free shuttle was also very easy to use and made getting around even more convenient.We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, especially having all the toiletries...
