“We paid for the pool to be heated for the full stay and was only heated for the last two days, the pool care taker said the pump was not working. We were given a bad code to get in and we were unable to reach the host for more than two hours. In the meantime we booked hotel rooms because it was dark and we needed to make sure we had a room for our week stay. The hotel booking ended up being non refundable. This cost me an additional 2500.00. The host did finally answer our call and we did get...
