“This house was incredible for our large group. Lots of amenities with a large living space. Plenty of things to do at the house together. Everything was communicated well in advance, and the house had everything we needed! Our only complaint was that the house was a little warm since the AC couldn't go past a certain temperature, but we were able to manage! Thanks for all of the great memories and being such a great host!”

“Terrific house that is perfect for friends and family to stay at and enjoy the strip and have a great place to come back to for some rest and recharging. Our dogs loved it too! The pool is not heated which I think is a good thing, it was perfect temperature for a 105 degree day. ”

But to my surprise, I discovered the day before that I couldn't gather my friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the residence. Even though I respected the noise and schedule rules, the host stated that only 16 people are allowed in the residence, even if they're not sleeping. In other words, more than 5 couples with children exceeds the permitted capacity. And after that, no refund is...
