“This property is perfect for visiting Chattanooga! We were able to do all the sightseeing on Lookout Mountain and go downtown Chattanooga, both locations within 10 minutes. It made it convenient to stop by between activities and change our clothes or put shopping away. we were able to walk to dinner on our first night and explore the cute area of Saint Elmo. I highly recommend this location for visiting Chattanooga.”

“This is our 4th year to stay with Frank and Debbie. The apartment is perfect as I use a cane. We spent many hours on the patio with our morning coffee and evening wine. The landscape has changed with Frank’s newest venture but we took many drives into our favorite mountains.”

“This is my first experience in AB&B. If Oconee Oasis is an example of what I can expect, then the hassle of staying in a hotel again is a thing of the past! From the moment my son and I entered, it seemed so inviting and welcoming. but my highest praise is reserved for CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Everything was CLEAN! EVERYTHING! And the attention to detail was over the top, as well. All the amenities were of a high quality, and we wanted for nothing. There was even books, puzzles and cards available...

“We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay,”

“The cabin was very nice, we had a little trouble checking in, but that was our fault for not knowing how to use the key pad. We had trouble so we contacted the property manager, and she responded in a very quick and timely manner and even FaceTimed us to help!”

“This property is two rooms in the basement of a house. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and clean. There are 2 rooms, bed/living room and bath. Coffee cups and glasses were provided as well as a coffee pot. There was coffee and powered cream and sweetener in the closet. But, no spoons or stirrers. Some sort of old pastry was inside the coffee stand, I'm guessing from previous guest. As others have stated, I would have slept better if there were some sort of lock on the inside door; a simple bolt...

“The location was great for walking downtown and to the Old City. Place was quiet and very secure. If you can find a spot to park on the street in front of the building, do so. Otherwise, you have to park up the hill on W. Vine. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would book here again.”

“This stay was great for 2 adults spending a few days in Gatlinburg. We loved the location - just a short walk downhill to the main street of Gatlinburg. Will have to stay when we come back!”

“I loved the size of the unit that we stayed in, especially with kids. So much more roomy than a normal hotel room. Also, really enjoyed the courtyard area. It was nice to sit by the fire pit and relax while the kids played. Only thing I was not a fan of was the beds. Our beds were a bit broken down. Overall, though it was a great stay!”
