“We really like this hotel, it's in the heart of downtown Mackinac Island, so it was the perfect place to regroup between biking around the island, shopping or going out to eat. Our view wasn't the greatest, as we had a room that looked out over an alley and nearby houses, but we weren't in the room that much that it made a big difference. The price was reasonable which was an added bonus. ”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable concierge this evening. Parking was right outside of the lobby, and an elevator made it easy to reach third floor. Our room is bright, spacious, and clean. We have a refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, microwave, and digital alarm clock in our room. It is going to be perfect for the night.”

“Personally i think is dirty, the water park half is working, didn't says on the web page that was the razon I make our reservations for our kids. we had issues with the toilet, tv didn't work. I think they have a beautiful place, they need take care of it.”

“No me gusto que llame antes de hacer la reservación para preguntar que si alberca estaba en funcionamiento por lo del COVID-19 y seguros me dijero que al día siguiente la hiban abrir y mi sorpresa fue que estaba cerrada y pregunte y me sugerían ir alas albercas de los otros hoteles 🏨😤. La playa 🏝 estaba bien sucia a si como los pasillos del primer piso los balcones con nada de mantenimiento la verdad no lo recomiendo. Los empleados discutiendo, peliando enfrente de los clientes.
