“I got a bridge view room, and boy it did NOT disappoint! The only problem for some people is the I75/bridge traffic noise. Doesnt bother me.”

“Personally i think is dirty, the water park half is working, didn't says on the web page that was the razon I make our reservations for our kids. we had issues with the toilet, tv didn't work. I think they have a beautiful place, they need take care of it.”

“The room wasn’t made, the smell of the rooms was terrible, there was only one guy working at the from desk and he has to do check in, costumer service and answer the phone, I asked for the 2 floors room and didn’t get what I booked, they told me that if I want it it will be a $60 extra for night, we didn’t stay there for obvious reasons and lost our money ”

“The facility as a whole could use an update but having the water park in the hotel is a great bonus! The front staff aren’t too friendly though. ”
