“It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.”

“TRULY turn-key! If there was only one word to describe the entire experience, the essence of the home, is : THOUGHTFULNESS. I’ve stayed in close to 40 VRBO properties all over the US and abroad and if you do your research they’re almost always great - but THIS home stands head and shoulders above in HOSPITALITY . We actually felt like WELCOMED GUESTS not strangers passing through.They had EVERYTHING you could ever need…well equipped kitchen that we really used and needed! Keurig, w awesome...

“This is a entirely communal space just fyi, you can’t use the kitchen after quiet hours and the bathroom isn’t connected to the room. On top of all of this I had to get another hotel because I couldn’t get into the bathroom and had been on the road for hours and it was 2am! I was granted no refund of any sort for this error so choose this place wisely”

“So this property is 0 flexible with the guests, also i waited almost 2 hours to get into the place, i was freezing outside, you can hear everything on the building, and the shower also had problems, stay away from here”

“Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...
