A great location and the property enabled our family to share time together. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy. Having no tv in the main area was great; we spent time a lot of time there. There were plenty of tvs throughout the house. The weather was cold so only a few of us used the hot tub. The welcome gift was a nice touch.

Be aware of this listing!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This listing really is a 7 BR 7 BA. Several other sites listed it as 4BR, but it is as listed through Yonder Reservations on VRBO. This home was perfect for our ladies retreat. There are two bedrooms in the main floor with a lovely sitting area between. There is a sitting area upstairs with three BR and baths for each. Downstairs is two bedrooms (each with bath), large sitting area, game room, table, and kitchen area. There is a lovely deck and water feature outside. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything needed to cook for a crowd and eat in for several days. All the ladies said this is the best stocked and most comfortable vrbo they’ve ever stayed in. Many amenities just to make your stay is better (I.e., bedside phone chargers by each bed..). The team at Yonder was outstanding, professional and responsive. They responded promptly with any issue, so shout out to Lynnette, Miriam, Brenda, and Bill for making our retreat successful! This home was convenient to our activities in Asheville. One thing - the back driveway is a little precarious, but quite doable (don’t drink and drive which shouldn’t happen anyway..). Highly recommend!!🙌

Lovely, lovely property

A beautiful home that accomodated 14 members of my family quite easily. The bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable..the basic supplies were quite ample also. The kitchen is well equiped for group cooking. It was a perfect spot for a Christmas retreat complete with a large Christmas tree!

Great House. Almost Perfect

A very nice house tucked away up a foothill. Very private. Nice amenities. Separate spaces for subgroups of a large group to break off into. Game room. If we had any complaints they were minor. Seemingly only one thermostat for the whole house (other than the game room which has its own unit). Kitchen is a bit small for very large groups. Could only access a vacuum, no broom or other basic cleaning supplies (other than kitchen supplies). And the biggest issue was the strict 10AM check-out time, which we couldn't push back. 11AM is more consistent with typical check-out times, and shouldn't be a problem for the cleaning crew when there is a full day between bookings. Other than that, excellent place that I would definitely recommend to others - especially large family groups.

40th Birthday for My Wife

Had a wonderful stay with friends and family to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. Property was close to Asheville (15 min ride), quiet, clean, and quite spacious. We had 7 couples and everyone had their own room and bath, it worked out well! Multiple common areas and great outdoor area!

Ladies Fall Trip - Awesome House!

Our Ladies Fall trip this year had 13 ladies in attendance and every single one of them raved about how nice the accomodations were. The house is beautiful, well kept, very clean and very well stocked. Communication was awesome throughout the rental process and any concerns we had were addressed promptly. It's difficult to please 13 women from different backgrounds but this property got me applause from every woman in attendance. I cannot recommend this rental enough! Kudos to the property manager and the host for making our Fall trip a huge success!

A Fantastic Get-A-Way

Family Wedding Sherrills Inn Fairview NC

The house was ideal for a family wedding in Fairview and accessibility to Ashville. The open spaces, bedrooms and living areas were perfect for 11 adults, 1 infant and 1 toddler to sleep and play. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival, well equipped and spacious for a large group. The property management company was attentive and good communicators. Perfect place for a largish gathering

This place is simply exquisite. Lovely home in a lovely setting. Very private and quiet. While not having panoramic mountain views, the outdoor decks, patios, fireplace, and forested environment, is very relaxing. Though the maximum number of occupants is 18, the reality is that it could comfortably accommodate quite a higher number because there are THREE large "living/family" rooms. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have ever enjoyed in a vrbo rental; (I've had over a dozen). All of my family members, (we were 12) sipoly raved about the place.

Great Oasis

Stayed here for a bachelor party and the house did not disappoint. The house is very secluded in the woods, but close enough and easy to get into Asheville. The house has an amazing entertainment space. Whether you wanted to play pool, hang outside on the deck, dip into the hot tub, watch any sports on tv, or hang around the fireplace, there was something for everyone. The property manager was extremely communicative and able to address any questions immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Big , comfortable and Beautiful

The kitchen is amazing and so we’ll stocked it was probably better than my own. Beds were super comfortable and house was very clean. Only disappointments were the fireplace in the basement was not functional and the locks on the doors to the outside would not lock nor the French doors to the deck off the living room.

A perfect fit.

We had planned a multi-generation family celebration in Asheville, a "destination" location. In fact, the highlights of our stay were not the superb attractions in the area, but rather the perfection of the home and the opportunities for fun and camaraderie it provided. Super perfect for a coming together of families who can't meet that often. Multiple comfortable places and spaces to be together. Ample room for privacy, when needed, too. A game room for the young adults. In short, all that we could have hoped for and more.

Great weekend getaway!

House was great, well furnished! Heads up that it's easy to miss the initial turn into the neighborhood. Two driveways to allow for ample parking. Great amenities, would definitely stay again!
