“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

“I liked that the air conditioner worked. Otherwise, the place was a dump in need of repair. The outside doors to get in the hallway were broken. So, anyone could get in. There was a full kitchen with absolutely nothing to go with it. Not even a small coffee maker. Towels in the bathroom were hand towels or floor towels, not bath size. Oh, and the remote was broken held together with a hair tie around 1 AA battery and one AAA. After purchasing batteries and installing them it still didn’t work....

“Nice and roomy place! The shower was a little messy when we went but everything else wemt well”

“Went great”

“The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in Forest Park, and several bus lines for those who are inclined to explore the city via public transit. The apartment provided a good amount of space for two people. We really appreciated the free passes that were offered. We did, however, experience a number of issues during our stay. One warning to potential renters: if you need a quiet bedroom for sleeping, this may not be the property for you. Both the wood...

“Overall very good. location very good.Safe neighborhood and price very good . Would stay there again but:Utensils not cleanTV in bedroom didn’t work and couldn’t get a response when we reported it.Very low hot water pressure.Floors could have been cleaner.Code getting in at the beginning was complicated with too many numbers at the main entrance but host responded and helped.Parking garage a real plus but very tightThese taken care of , would be 5 stars.”

“Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. ”

“First the good:1) The queen size bed was very comfortable (if you're gonna get one thing right, it's good it's the bed).2) Management was very responsive to any problems, questions, or issues. Kind and courteous. A.2) It was quiet. Stayed for 9 nights and was never bothered by noise. 3) Water pressure and hot water were both good in the shower.4) The building and the neighborhood both felt very safe.5) I kind'a liked the circus theme. It warmed the place up. The not so good:1) As other's have...

“The apt”

“The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...

“Wonderful place to stay!”

“Good. Its has steps to get to 2nd floor if you have knee issues. But overall great experience”

“It was located in a very interesting area (Cherokee Street/Antiques Row) and was near many St. Louis attractions. The loft apartment was was really cozy, small, and nicely decorated. Very unique and creative! In my opinion, it would be ideal for an adult couple; the stairs to the loft bedroom area would be a challenge for some. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and supplies. The private parking area behind the apartment was just right. The bathroom sink was rather small, but...

“Anfitriona muy pendiente de cada mensaje que le mandaba con preguntas, y todo muy limpio, y utensilios necesarios ”
