“The room was very dirty with visible stains on carpet, kitchen hob was not working, there was weird & loud sound coming out of basin & shower taps in bathroom. There was no one available on reception to help. The pictures posted online while reservations no where matches the reality of room neither in terms of furniture nor in terms of cleanliness.”

“On checking in for the 3 nights were we advised there was no parking available & had to park at the convention center (high cost); disappointing being you can't book a car park so it's first come basis. We were then also quizzed about the car we had as they thought we had illegally parked out the front. Listing stated daily housekeeping yet reception informed us it's only every 3 days?? Not what I paid for. Found the staff short & poor communicators. Would not stay again.”

Fantastic Italian restaurant over the road & Amazing Bakery in the same building as us. Reception very helpful, Cleaning staff friendly. Walk to the Beach & Pool. Thank you - Heather Morgan”
