Beautiful Home in Coveted Flagstaff Neighborhood - Great for Long-term Guests -

Come enjoy some rest and relaxation in our beautiful 2-story University Heights home. You will find our 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home perfectly appointed for your stay.

*Upon walking in, you will be greeted by the floor to ceiling handcrafted stone fireplace that just beckons you to come in and sit a spell. With a flick of a switch, or a touch of a button you can have the fire flickering and the 55" Samsung Smart LED TV buzzing. The house has been outfitted with YouTube TV, which is accessible in the living room and in each bedroom. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and provides a nice area to play games, do puzzles, or just converse with friends or family.

*The kitchen, with a gas range, side by side refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, has been stocked with all of the necessities to ensure an enjoyable stay--coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, pots, pans, bowls, etc. Enjoy coffee/tea at the breakfast bar or catch up on some work at the kitchen-side work station. Just outside the kitchen door is a nice deck with seating for 6 and a propane heater for outdoor cool weather chill time.

*Upstairs, you will find all three of the bedrooms. The master has been outfitted with a California King bed, Samsung Smart LED 40" wall mounted HDTV, a dresser, an expansive walk in closet which has a roll-out bed for ad additional guest. The master also a full bath with an over sized soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a Samsung LED 32" HDTV, a dresser, and a closet. The "kids" room has a twin bunk bed and a twin size trundle bed under the bunk bed. Also includes a small dresser, Samsung 26" HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD player, and two side by side closets. If needed there is a queen inflatable mattress on site (located in the master closet). The other full size bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms and has a shower/tub combo.

*Guests will have access to park in the over-sized 2 car garage-Please note that the driveway is on the steep side. Steps from our house is an entrance to the Flagstaff Urban Trail system, which provides miles of walking/running/biking paths. The neighborhood is great for walking or biking up to the nearby park/school.

*The location of our home provides you with easy access to both the I-17 and I-40. NAU is about 3 miles away. Restaurants, grocery stores (Bashas, Sprouts, Whole Foods) are all within 2-5 miles away. Sedona is a quick 45 minutes down the I-17 or an hour scenic drive down Route 89A.

*Cannot impress upon you how much there is to do and see within a couple hours of Flagstaff. Of course, there is no need to venture out that far, as the town holds a special "something" just outside the door!
