Yes, the house was very nice and the rooms were big. We enjoyed cooking s'mores outside with the two grandchildren and playing some games at the kitchen table. I do suggest taping some directions near the coffee pot. Such as the amount of water prr bag of coffee. Thank you for providing the coffee. All went well except no snow.

Nice space, could use a new coffee maker

Nice space and way check in process. Some small things I’m being picky about is the fridge handle broke but was repaired within 2 days. The coffee maker is a small 8 cup model. For a house this size it should have a traditional sized coffee maker. The kcup machine we had mixed luck getting it to work. Nice that we could use the garage as the pine trees can get messy. We didn’t find any full size linens for the pull out couch which would have been nice. We saw deer in the back yard which we liked. Overall nice layout, but the office felt like wasted space for guests.

Great way to escape the Phoenix heat!

We loved our time at the Burning Tree house! We had our family of 4 as well as some family that visited and there was plenty of space. Our favorite part of being there was the outside spaces - morning coffee on the front deck and afternoons spent running around the backyard. The location was awesome and the communication with the rental company couldn’t have been better. Looking forward to another visit to this rental soon!

Flagstaff Pines

We arrived on time and followed the clear access instructions. The house was big, clean and airy with plenty of towels for the three bathrooms. The only things missing were napkins, facial tissues and seasonings. All in all it was about right for our family and friends.

McMaster family vacation

House was nice. Only issues was it was advertised that we would have access to the country club facilities. I even asked the owners if this was the case. They told me yes for $10 a day. This was not the case and according to the country club, it has not been the case for a long time. Pictures need to be removed from the Vrbo. Very misleading. No lights in the downstairs guest room. Had to use lanterns. Ceiling fans in both downstairs bedrooms did not work. We still enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff. Home was beautiful and well equipped. Loved the fireplace and outside fire pit. Don’t mean to be a negative Nancy, just a few things need to be addressed. We would stay there again

Flagstaff weekend

we had a nice family weekend here and really loved the property. the home is spacious with amazing views and the kitchen is well stocked. we cooked all our meals there during our stay so we heavily used the kitchen. the kids enjoyed the big living room as well as playing in the backyard. there was no linen for the pullout couch in the office but we didn't end up needing it. Also, some of the furniture out back wasn't in the best condition but it didn't affect our stay as we spent most of our time enjoying the warmth inside. we would 100% return to this property!

Great place for a large group

The house was perfect for our party of 7 (5 adults & 2 children). The kitchen and eating area are huge and well laid out, with plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality cookware in a variety of sizes, lots of flatware, drink ware, and plates/bowls/etc. The gas cook stove and oven were great for meal prep and there was lots of space on the big island for everyone to help out. The living room area is large and very open with a huge couch that accommodated all of us at once. The gas fireplace to the side was nice too. The outside decks are wonderful, again with loads of seating. The bedrooms are comfortable and the master suite is huge, with a door to the back deck. Light sleepers in the master should probably ask the upstairs guests not to flush if you’re trying to sleep in as it’s noticeably loud. A couple of reviews mentioned spiders. We saw none nor were there any spiderwebs. The only wildlife we saw were the local deer who visited daily, including a group of 7 the morning we left. All of us including the kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is well located and very comfortable without being fancy. Someone from the management company came by proactively to change out the batteries in the door lock because they got an alert that they were running low; obviously we appreciated that as well. Finally, being able to check out at 11:00 was great and we lucky to be able to check in early as well.
