Lovely spot! The arcade machine is a nice touch.My only nitpick is that the water is super hard and the coffee machine and showerheads could do with descaling. But that's a minor point!

Everything was great! The place was just as described. My kids loved that everything was labeled in the kitchen which made everything easy to find. Having the hot tub after long days of exploring was great! Kristin was a great communicative host and i would definitely recommend this place!

Kristin was a communicative and thoughtful host, she prepared personal touches for our arrival and stay, and checked in on us throughout, including a heads up on an incoming winter storm! Her home was very comfortable for our family of 4. We had everything we needed and it felt great to arrive back to a cozy spot after long days adventuring around northern AZ!

I cannot say enough good things about Kristin and her welcoming home!!! This rental is off the beaten path, about 20 minutes east of Flagstaff. It is quiet, extremely welcoming and cozy, meticulously clean, and spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 young kids! The amenities were wonderful (we used the fireplace, the hot tub, played bean bags, cooked on the grill, hiked the property, played on the swing and slide, and relaxed on both the deck and the patio)! The location is very convenient to Safeway grocery store, NAU campus, 3 national monuments, and 2 national parks. My 2 young kids (and adults!) adored the PacMan game! Kristin was very quick with answering my questions and messages. She is very friendly and a wonderful host! The home is decorated beautifully (especially this time of year with a Christmas tree, stockings on the fireplace, and outdoor Christmas lights) and very, very well stocked. We had everything we needed. I would recommend this home in a heartbeat! We hope to be back someday! Thank you, Kristin, for helping to make our trip one of the best ones ever!!!

Plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 kids. House was immaculate when we checked in (easy lockbox with code), we cooked dinner and breakfast in a well stocked kitchen, the hot tub was also a fun feature. If it had been nicer weather I'm sure we would have spent more time on the patio and maybe had a fire in the fire pit, but it rained the whole time we were there.

Kristin was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our group was 3 adults and we had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we'd hoped: a comfortable and private bedroom for each person, kitchen appliances, cookware, and tableware for any meals we wanted to have there, 2 well furnished bathrooms and plenty of hot water, a comfy living room to gather and watch a tv show, and a lovely deck to admire the stars in the evening. I recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Spotless, plenty of space for 5 adults (and then some, if you have a bigger group!), wonderful huge & clean hot tub with spa towels by the door. Starry nights and comfy beds made this a perfect home base for exploring the area on our first trip to Arizona. Kristen is a great communicator - we needed nothing, except maybe more time in the desert. Highly recommend this property!

sweet and comfortable stay in the high country

We were very happy with the property and the host, who made our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. There was a welcoming message on the blackboard, all the amenities were in good working order, although we never even tried out the hot tub, because, well, it was a bit too warm for it in July. The only thing we could have wished for was a pleasant walking path without rocks and briars for our prissy little pup, but she's one who is as content as can be in our laps anyway, so it wasn't really an issue. Our host, Kristin was kind and responsive. Flagstaff is just a quick 15 minute ride away, so it was easy to get out and do some site seeing, shopping or dining out. We were able to enjoy exactly what we were looking for, rest and relaxation.

Great affordable stay

We stayed here with our family of 4 and 2 other couple with 2 kids it fit all of us and is a great little place for the price. We stayed here to do the rim to rim Grand canyon hike it is about 4 hours from the north rim and 1.5 hours to the south. The host was very helpful with all our needs and the house came with a bunch of essentials which was nice. We loved to use the cornhole boards and the hot tub on the cool nights. Would definately recomend this place.

Inviting comfortable stay

We use this place as a jumping off point for Sedona and the Grand Canyon. From the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed with many little touches. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. I would recommend this as a place to stay for families. My favorite was watching the stars in the hot tub at night.

Super cute and comfy home. Lots of land for littles to run around and play, our kids had a blast. The boys particularly enjoyed the hiking trails just a little way down the road. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and very kind. Home was right in the middle of every thing we wanted to do- Sedona, Williams, Grand Canyon- it was the perfect location. 10/10 would recommend and stay again! *pics to show the gorgeous view and the snow we got during our stay!
