Great first experience!

First time ever going this route instead of a hotel. I’ve heard good and bad about rentals and we had a great experience. I’d totally rent again our family of 6 had a super time! Clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable. I hope they can maintain this level of condition of the home over time and if so I would definitely stay here again.

Tyler Stewart Memorial Golf Tournament

Our son was a police officer killed in the line of duty, and our charity named in his honor (the Tyler Stewart Memorial Charity) has a fundraising golf tournament every year. (The Officer Tyler Stewart Memorial Golf Tournament) at the Continental Golf Course, so we stay there near by.

Nice getaway from the heat

Two couples stayed for 4 nights. This place was cleaner than most of the VRBO's we've stayed in! Overlooks the 18th green. Well equipped albeit a bit outdated. We'd recommend staying here.

Excellent Location

We came to Flagstaff to escape the heat of the west valley and get some golf and walking in. This home had a fantastic location, walking distance to the Oakmont which is FANTASTIC and was also close proximity to historic Flagstaff where we spend a fair amount of time as well. I was a little dissapointed in the view from the screened in porch and was hoping to be able to see the green from it but it was obstructed with a privacy screen of trees/bushes so we just took chairs out to the back and were able to sit and watch the golfers coming in that way. The upstairs shower and sink were slow to drain and it was frustrating having the AC units reset to 78 every 3 hours so we left a day early because of the heat (which is not normal this time of year) but overall the house was adorable, comfortable and best location so we would rent again. Also, it would help to change the bedding out to lightweight materials for the summer months and put blackout curtains in the master upstairs to keep the heat out.

Great Flagstaff townhouse on golf course

Nice views right on golf course. Fun pool table. Great partly enclosed patio. Neighborhood is nice and only 10 minutes from downtown and NAU. Couple minor issues, like they need new boxsprings for beds (squeaky) and some new pillows and little repairs in kitchen. Overall great stay and really enjoyed it.

Amazing trip!

My b-day trip from LV was a beautiful surprise/ So nice to get out of the heat- we loved the yard, flowers, the view, and how close it is to downtown. Such an environmently friendly town who loves gigs! Thank you for having the amazing pool table- teens loved it!🙂

Beautiful/Quiet neighborhood

Absolutely loved this property and location. We rented for 4 nights and did the polar express ride, Grand Canyon railway and Santa’s workshop which were all a very convenient to drive to from this property. Everything you need for shopping and dining were within a 10 minute drive. Also, loved the attention to detail that was put in, they added a cute little Christmas tree that we were able to enjoy prior to our arrival.

Great house!

We had a great time at the property. The neighborhood is beautiful and felt safe. My daughter and I really enjoyed playing pool, too! My only negative would be to say that the living room furniture needs to be replaced BADLY and they should put a blind on the front window next to the front door for privacy.

Beautiful property on golf course

Very spacious and clean. Loved the pool table, many games and huge TV. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. This property is conveniently situated very close to the main highway coming into Flagstaff so very easy to find. There seems to have been a bit of a mix up from the property manager's side with incorrect emails being send to us about parking restrictions in winter instead of the property rules and front door access code. But the property manager was quick to respond with the correct information when we requested it. The upstairs shower also seems to have a bit of a drainage problem as it backed up a couple of times and we needed to plunge it.

Very quiet and pleasant location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. We would’ve preferred the king bed to be on the ground floor since it meant parents having to share a bathroom with the 4-bed room while One person had the ground bath to herself. It’s not a great neighborhood for walking (for older people!) since there are no flat areas and no dedicated walking paths. (We saw people on the golf course path, but that’s taboo where we come from!) We enjoyed the pool table each night. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking purposes. The grill was a plus also. One hair dryer downstairs did not work—maybe no one ever reported it. The curtains in the king bedroom were very sheer, so by 5:00 am the sun was flooding the room, making it hard to sleep. Heavier curtains would be a help for those who like dark for sleeping. Overall we were very satisfied and enjoyed the property. It’s very close to Walnut Canyon National Monument, a must see.

Quiet neighborhood and central location

We stayed here for spring break. There were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 teens) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and the big screen TV. We traveled to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and Sunset Crater. This is a great central location in a quiet neighborhood for all your adventures.

Nice place

Overall the property is nice. However, it was disappointing to hear that the oven didn't work about 30 minutes prior to check in, since I had already purchased groceries and didn't plan on eating out or microwaving food. The kitchen was a bit beat up but otherwise the place was ok. 5 stars to the nearby Oakmont restaurant!
