Nice house. Kitchen could use to be better equipped for a house of that size, more plates and bowls so when a group of 11 wants to eat a cooked meal together there is enough for everyone. We had an issue with the WiFi connecting to devices but only being there for a couple nights it wasn’t that big of a deal. Hot tube was nice to use on the cool evenings and after a long day at the Grand Canyon. Billiards table upstairs was fun but there was only 1 stick that had a usable tip so that was a bit challenging for the kids. All in all a nice house, easy to get to and decently close to everything in town.

Great time in Flagstaff

We appreciated the cleanliness of the house. Amazing kitchen. Enjoyed the pool table and yard space. We all accessed the pathway through the trees behind the house. Since we were all traveling on arrival day, it would have helped to have check-in details the night before.

Perfect Vacation House

This home was perfect for our extended family of 12 for the 10 day stay in April. Our host was extremely responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Great location to make day trips to Grand Canyon, Sedona and Antelope Canyon. Large central room and extra den made it ideal for some to work on puzzles, others to play games at the table, play pool or read sitting on the sofas. Extra bonus included the hot tub. Home was beautifully remodeled and nicely decorated. Great vacation and great family memories.

Modern, spacious and clean Flagstaff house

Property was comfortable and quite spacious for our group of 6 adults, 2 infants and a dog. House was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Puzzles and game selection was good. Would definitely recommend for your next trip to Flagstaff.

Roomy and comfortable

Lovely place, great neighborhood, close to amenities. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well-equipped. Enjoyed the hot tub and trail behind the house. Plenty of space for our six adults, and infant. Highly recommend this place.

Great place close to town

Property is laid out nicely for adults and kids to spread out. House was clean and well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool table. We took advantage of the trail that goes right behind the house. It was also easy to get to downtown. We had a little confusion over the checkout time. VRBO details said 11:00 but the cleaning person showed up at 10:00 and told us it was our check out time. We informed the manager who was quick to apologize. Hopefully this will get corrected to avoid confusion in the future. Overall it was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend.

House was good but the yard needs work. Back yard had alot of weeds that we 1’-1 1/2” The lady from the management company was very responsive and even came over to empty the trash cans. As they were full.

Awesome Two weeks in Flagstaff

We have an annual two week trip to Flagstaff. This house is perfectly located. It’s a short drive to campus, but still on Sinclair Wash Trail right out the back gate. The house is beautiful! Everything is very clean. We had a great time and I’d highly recommend this house!

Great for a group

The house was spacious and private for a group of people to stay. Carpet upstairs so dogs aren't allowed upstairs, but the house was perfect for our needs. Lovely backyard and large picnic table. Private access doors to the backyard too from the downstairs rooms.

Perfect family get-away

This house was perfect for our extended family trip that included 4 adults and 6 kids ages 9 to 15. The open layout allowed our large group to come together for meals and to hangout in the evenings without feeling crowded. The location was perfect - central to multiple tourist destinations like the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Sunset Crater - and just minutes from downtown Flagstaff. And we especially loved the gorgeous hiking path just steps from the backyard.

Family Trip

This property was great. We had 2 families of stay , with 4 teens. The house is beautiful the room arrangement was awesome as the kids had their own space upstairs and the adults each had a huge bedroom. The pool table and loft area was great for the kids. Added bonus was the garage we were able to fit 2 SUV’s in which was great since we got a lot of snow while we there. The hot tub was an added bonus and was great after a long day of adventures. Home is about 35 minutes to Sedona and a beautiful drive and just under and hour and half to the Grand Canyon, great locations for the day trips. Everything was also clean and well stocked.
