We have stayed at a lot of different properties over the US and this has been by far one of the best! It has a great location to all the parks, but what we loved most was the amenities and space offered. Our group enjoyed the games, hot tub, and the nice big kitchen that was fully stocked with everything you needed. Mike and Tammy were very quick to respond when needed. Overall was a wonderful experience, and wish we could have stayed longer!

Outstanding vacation rental

The home was extremely clean with many amenities. The kitchen/great room area was perfect. The chefs kitchen with an amazing range and double oven was impressive: it was a cooks dream. The layout was ideal for our group of 4 adults and 4 children aged 17 - 11. Because we travel with our lab, the doggie door, fenced yard and hard flooring were perfect. The game room (garage) and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone. Mike and Tammy offer a quality vacation rental. We really appreciated their attention to detail. We look forward to staying at their properties in the future. 5 stars and thanks to Tammy and Mike!

The layout of the house was great for two couples with teens. Kitchen was spacious and the kids really enjoyed the game room. Loved all the supplied blankets.

Flagstaff get away

We chose this property because of the kitchen and the fireplace. Unfortunately, the fireplace is just for show. We did enjoy access to a well stocked very nice kitchen and a big, or giant, screen tv. They also had an Xbox but it was quite old so didn’t quite work out for us but it does work. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again if they retired and replaced the flag. Would have done it myself but it was bolted to the house.

Large Family Trip

We visited AZ for the first time with a large family trip. House was in a great centralized location for the various activates we scheduled - Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Meteor Crater. The house was the perfect size and have everything we needed - including cooler for our day trips and a full basket of snacks. There were a few cleanliness issues in the house, but the bathrooms, bed linens, and towels were clean and fresh. The owner was very responsive when we had issues with the game room. It was a great value and we would stay there again if we were visiting the Flagstaff area.

Family Retreat

What an incredible house! Our family came to Flagstaff for my son’s wedding. It was very spacious and well stocked. The managers were super accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Such a great experience for all who stayed.

Flagstaff ranch house

Overall we were pleased with the house and staff were responsive to our concerns. House had several cleanliness issues; garage playroom area was very dirty with mud all over the floor mats, refrigerator was dirty with spilt leftover food im the base, the pantry area was dirty with leftover food crumbs. There were repair issues; kitchen faucet was so loose it was practically falling off. We had no choice, but to use it that way. We couldn’t get the TV in the living room to work. Luckily staff was responsive and fixed the TV and cleaned the garage. Realize we’re coming off winter, but the outside curb appeal needs attention. Porch was dirty with very dusty, dirty with pine needles. The photos made it look appealingly, but it was not cleaned prior to our arrival to provide a good first impression. The same was of the backyard. Staff however, did clean it after we called. It just needed quick blower to make the area be more presentable and inviting. Overall the house had a great layout for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked with just about any kitchen gadget or utensils we needed. I just recommend attention to the little details, which can change the impression and experience of your guests. Thank you Tammy for your responsiveness when we called with our concerns. I would recommend this house to others

Traded our Florida flip flops for AZ snow/sand

It was wonderful the owners were great about checking in, the house was clean and my kids LOVED the goody basket! Had fun board games we enjoyed as a family and was far enough away from city limits but not too far to go to town! Would stay here again and would highly recommend to friends!

Friends vacation

We had two families staying at the house for a vacation at the Grand Canyon. Everything was great. The kids loved having their own hangout room and really enjoyed the hot tub. The house was really clean, spacious and perfect for our group.

Great place to stay in Flagstaff!

We have rented several VRBOs over the years, but this is hands down the best place we’ve encountered. The house is large, all on one floor, with a wonderful open kitchen, dining and living area. Not only does the kitchen have a HUGE island, but it is well equipped with a six-burner stove with two ovens. There were breakfast treats and snacks waiting for us as well as a well-stocked cabinet of spices and condiments. Outside there is a large patio area with a hot tub, propane grill and fire pit. The house is located on 2.5 acres but is still convenient to shopping. It was the ideal place for our three generation meetup.
