Welcome to our brand-new, luxurious tiny home in Flagstaff! Nestled next to the Coconino National Forest in Mountainaire, enjoy a premium DreamCloud mattress, state-of-the-art Samsung appliances, and Roku TV for streaming. Designed with modern flair and functionality, our tiny home boasts state-of-the-art amenities. Sleep like royalty on a premium DreamCloud mattress in the queen-size bedroom. The full bathroom and kitchen come equipped with brand-new Samsung appliances, including a washer and dryer, making your stay as convenient as it is comfortable. With us living in the adjacent main home during the warmer months, you can rest assured that help, recommendations, or a friendly chat are just a stone's throw away.

Please keep in mind we created a great patio area, but new-construction homes do not come with any landscaping here, so it is a work in progress!

You have access to the entire tiny home and your side of the backyard! We do not have a fence yet, but you are more than welcome to hang out in the space.

I am primarily available via Airbnb messaging. We live next door for part of the year so we are available if needed, but we will give you your privacy!

Mountainaire is a charming, wooded neighborhood located just minutes away from the heart of Flagstaff, Arizona. Nestled amid the Ponderosa pines, homes here range from quaint cabins to modern constructions, all while maintaining a distinct mountain community vibe.

The area provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, featuring winding roads that meander through scenic landscapes. Residents and visitors alike are often seen enjoying walks, runs, or bike rides along these peaceful streets, where the air is fresh and the views are breathtaking.

One of the key attractions of Mountainaire is its proximity to the Coconino National Forest. This allows for easy access to a multitude of outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, and wildlife viewing. For those inclined towards water sports, Kachina Wetlands and Lake Mary are also within a short drive, offering fishing and kayaking opportunities.

Local amenities may be limited, but the essentials like convenience stores and cozy eateries are available. Plus, the close-knit community often gathers for local events, seasonal festivals, and neighborhood watch programs, ensuring a sense of camaraderie among residents.

We require that guests have their ID verified with Airbnb before they arrive. We have a $40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee.

Enjoy yourselves! Our amenities are for you to sit outside and relax 24/7, but please do so quietly.

Please do not connect security cameras to our wifi without informing us first. If it does not passively consume data we may need to charge for data usage.

Pets: We love animals, and welcome pets on a case-by-case basis. Our pet fee is charged through the platform at the time of booking when you add pet guests to your reservation. If you need to add a pet to your reservation, please submit an alteration request or reach out and we can send you an alteration request :)

Please keep your pups on a leash outside for their safety. Please clean up any pet waste in the yard.
