“As the name states it is definitely a cozy retreat for friends and family alike! The property is very well kept, the rooms are spacious and the backyard has a cute patio area with a spacious backyard as well! It’s located in a cute little neighborhood that’s perfect driving distance from downtown, you can have a nice day out and come back to grab a bite over by the house. The host is very quick with replying as well as helpful with anything you’d need while staying! I would definitely recommend...

“Home was in a great, safe location with good parking. Loved the fenced in back yard- our dog was so happy! Sitting on the deck was great after a long day. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and linens as needed. Once we figured out the trick of the showers we were happy to have them. We had a couple of electrical issues and the drawers in the kitchen need some attention and some updating would have made it nicer. Overall we had a great stay and the hosts were attentive and easy to reach”

“My family had a very nice stay at this beautiful house. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We also had a every good evening at a restaurant/bar a block away called Social House 227. Everything about our stay was pleasant. No complaints. ”

“This property was the perfect place for us to spend our weekend in wine country. Though, we didn’t use the amenities, they were provided as described and kept neat and orderly. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The house was perfect for our family of 10. We had two boys 2 years old and there was plenty of room for them to play. The house was only a 15 minute drive to the airport which made it very easy to pick up family coming in for a wedding.”

“Beautiful home, responsive hosts. Highly recommend!”

“4 sisters stayed at this VRBO for 2 nights and we couldn't have been happier! Everyone got their own roomy bedroom and we hardly had to share a bathroom since there were 3! We spent time on the back deck and the front porch, the living room and having coffee at the large table in the kitchen. The neighborhood is wonderful which we appreciated when out for a walk. The area in general has everything you would need for restaurants and shopping. We really hope to stay again!”

“This place was absolutely amazing!! Gorgeous on the inside and out! Great communication with the owners as well. It was so nice to stay here and be away from the city and just take all the beautiful views in and listen to the birds chirping while drinking coffee then wine. :) The ferry’s were fun to take and it was easy to get to Grafton or even to the big city if you needed to. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay again. ”
