“Awesome location, cool house, thoughtful amenities like fans in rooms, cabinets labeled, coffee station, snacks, power strips for plugging in electronics, etc. ”

“Bed was hard (husband ok with it) and one pillow was in shambles. Bathtub was peeling and took a long time to heat up. Pretty sure the fire alarm and carbon monoxide detectors didn’t have batteries in them. We weren’t given any instructions for leaving property which might be a positive? It was quiet at night. Garage was a nice perk. WiFi was not consistent throughout apartment but it served its purpose as we weren’t there much. Neighbors were friendly. ”

“Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. ”

“Listing was consistent with images and the price and location were great. Apartment was clean but furniture and linens are worn. There were only 3 towels and we stayed several days so that was a challenge. Location made up for that mostly as we walked to the zoo and forest park easily. My biggest complaint was the apartment smelled strongly of smoke. I don’t think anyone lives there so that was unusual to me, but there were several cigarette butts on the stairs and back porch nearby and we saw a...

“The apartment was very clean and had charm. It says in the listing 4 people can stay. Technically that is true because you can add ottomans to the couch to make it a sort of bed. We just went and bought an air mattress instead. Also the mattress in the bedroom dips towards the middle. The location is good and I loved that the apartment was pet friendly. ”
