“Great neighborhood. Cute and walkable. There was an adorable little grocery store a 4 minute walk away that had a nice selection of items for breakfast and ample selection of beer and wine. Cute coffee shop at the corner and a beautiful large park to explore. The space, while small, was workable for our family of 4 for our last minute spring break trip to St. Louis. The bed and sofa were comfortable and my kids had no issue with pull out. We would definitely stay again. ”

“Was without hot water my entire stay, the host was able to accommodate me but never followed through with the accommodation; the communication between the host and I before my check out time was disabled before I could get any information about the accommodation; I tried calling and received no answer. “We had a great experience. The place was clean and had a lot of character. The check in and check out process was easy. Dan had great communication with me. We walked to Miami Cafe around the corner and recommend it to anyone who stays here. The atmosphere and neighborhood had a lot of character. We enjoyed our stay!”

“I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible.”
