Folly Vacation 620 apartment w/bonus room, one block to the beach & pet friendly

  • Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.

    Spacious one bedroom luxurious king size bed, one full bath apartment with open modern kitchen, fully stocked, custom cabinets, granite counter tops and new appliances. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. The living room has a queen size pull out sleeper sofa, and there is a small bonus room with a futon that could be used as an additional sleeping area for small children and/or office space. The laundry room is complete with new stacked washer and dryer. The outdoor area is completely fenced and private with lush landscaping, a concrete patio sitting area and shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.

    We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

    The apartment is just a quick 2 minute walk to the ocean, 6 blocks from the Folly Beach fishing pier, restaurants, bars and shopping on Center Street, and only a 15 minute drive from beautiful historic downtown Charleston. This home is 900 Sq.Ft.

A Perfect place to for a couple and a dog.

Nice location surrounded by trees, a small fenced yard for the dog and a block from the beach. It was perfect.

Wonderful Oasis

This place was great. Just what we needed for a long weekend. Walk to the beach or cruise into Charleston. Perfect setup for working away from home as well. Highly recommend.

Cozy Spot

Cozy Industrial vibe on the beach. I really enjoyed the stay and the access to the beach was a five minute walk. I went during off season so it was rather quiet. I had all the amenities I needed during my stay, as well as the quaint little yard space to relax and let the dogs play. I would definitely stay here again during season.

Another great stay!

This location never disappoints. Great location. Walk out the side gate and you see the beach. Furnishing and art are good as well. Clean appliances in the roomy kitchen and a great little alcove for snuggling up with a good book.

Great space for dogs and their humans!

What a great space for us all -- the king bed with pillows for all "three bears", closet storage for clothes, kitchen space and utencils, and the fenced yard for the dogs -- they've thought of everything! We will be back!

Perfect location, dog friendly

Our 1st time visiting South Carolina and it did not disappoint. The apartment was perfect for our family of 3 and Bull Mastiff. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Loved the industrial style design of the apartment and furniture was super comfy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Delightful little place

Who knew a basement apartment could be so delightful? I guess it’s all the little touches that add up to make this place so homey. We loved decor, the blinds that let in sunshine and views of palm trees, the private patio, the landscaping, the booth-like dining table, the beach chairs, the comfortable sofa bed, the spacious kitchen, the proximity to the beach… It was great. We heard a little bit of noise from the house upstairs, but nothing very loud or disturbing. The neighborhood was quiet, but friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great weekend !

Stayed for 2 nights with 3 adults and 2 children, to celebrate my sister’s bday, LOVED IT! I’m used to staying at oceanfront condos, so we took a risk in renting a home not immediately on the water. But I’m so glad we went with this property! Literally 60 second walk to beach access, used the provided beach cart and chairs, which were high quality. Very open living area, and nice shower! King bed was incredibly comfortable, and my 9yr old son was comfy sleeping on the futon. My daughter and I shared the queen pullout couch, which was new looking, but still slept like a pull-out. Would definitely visit again.

Cute pet friendly apartment close to beach

Made a somewhat last minute decision to visit my son in Charleston and wanted a place to stay in Folly that could accommodate my dog as well. This location was a 2 blocks from the beach and was just what we needed. Concrete floors with rugs was a smart choice for pups. Great TV set up and everything you need for the beach in the closet. Really impressed with everything at this property and will be back if it’s available.

Couple's Retreat

This property was a perfect retreat for my wife and me. It began with nice curb appeal and perfect parking. What appears to be a partial addition to an existing home, blended in perfectly and the landscaping provided us with a bungalow feel. The interior was smartly decorated, combining a modern feel with some textured accents. It won't be the last time we take advantage of this property.
