Casas de campo en Fort Myers Beach

“The location was great as it was convenient and close to the public beaches. The small pool and hot tub were nice and the beach chairs, towels, and washer/dryer were wonderful additions. Unfortunately, we had problems that were not adequately addressed, despite letting our host know. When we tried to lock the doors, they would not lock properly despite following key code directions. We think it was a battery issue but can’t be sure. Most upsetting and inconvenient was that the front bathroom...

“We loved our stay! The property is walking distance to the beach with a very nice bike path all the way there. There are also several business just around the corner - ice cream shop, breakfast, souvenir store, restaurant. We loved it. The cottage was spacious and the AC was very effective. The shower is small, but you can see that from the listing pictures. It was close to everything and we thought great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!”

“Loved this place! So private and cute! We walked to Wickies for breakfast and lunch and did Mudbugs for dinner! Best beaches were Blind Pass and Tarpon Bay! Make sure to use the code for a discount for Adventures in Paradise Shelling tours!”

“The place was spotless and well located, with a good restaurant, an ice cream shop, and souvenir shops right on the corner. The bikes were in excellent condition, which was a great bonus. However, after the bike ride I would have loved to use a pool, but there wasn't one; I think I misread or misunderstood the agreement we signed before arrival. It turned out to be a general agreement covering all the properties the company manages, not just this one, so it mentioned amenities this place doesn't...

“Property wa beautiful, was very clean and match the description of what was posted. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach. There was no hassle from the owner, Nancy was amazing, easy to communicate with and always available for any question. Exactly what was needed for a relaxing vacation.”

“Nice place!”

“This is a fantastic little getaway!! It was very clean, peaceful, and close to everything you may need. Will definitely be returning.”

“Super calm and private cottage. The host was great at communicating and gave clear, easy instructions as well. Would stay here again, no doubt! ”

“Property was clean and only issue we had was the ac in the living room made a very loud strange noise to which we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Overall host and property were up to par. Property manager responded quickly and advised they would get it checked out asap. ”

“We loved everything about the property, the location of where we wanted to be and the relaxing time we had.”

“The location of this cottage is perfect for great restaurants, hiking, kayaking, biking, and beach going. The cottage itself is fully equipped, has a wonderfully powerful shower, and is very cozy and comfortable. The screened in porch is great, any time of day or night. The river is a 2-minute walk, at most, and there is a very inviting deck there for customer use. We sat there every day/evening, at least once. Communication with the owner was never an issue. We are planning on returning...

“Beautiful property, perfect size cottage, nice fishing dock. Communication was good.”

“Host was very accommodating. Love the the "little village" feel of the property! Great location”

“We had an amazing vacation staying at the cottage and would highly recommend this place. Hosts reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and we had the most pleasant stay!”

“If looking to get away to southwest side of Florida and want quiet time along the river, look no further. Plenty of space for 4 adults and a couple of kids.”

“My husband and I had never previously stayed "down the road" from the beach decided to see what it was like. Yes, we made more effort than walking out the door across the sandy walkway, however, we would do it again and that's mainly due to the accessories provided by the Periwinkle cottages! So thankful for the beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon AND the bikes!! We very much enjoyed biking down the street, maneuvering the sandy walkway to the beach. No problem. On a cloudy day, we headed across...
