“Chris was a wonderful host, answering all my silly questions promptly. The rental was clean, and decorated like a loved home, and not a sterile hotel. We had access to washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels. The location is perfect with short walks to the beach, numerous restaurants and bars, so no need to drive anywhere. The only downside was our stay was only a week. We plan on returning in the future, and staying longer. Thanks Chris & Jake!”

“The house had lots of great communal space both indoors and out. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed and plenty of room in the refrigerator for our food and beverages. We enjoyed the fact that we could walk into town. We would recommend this home to future guests.”

The host was very responsive and the home was clean, although an older building. Neighborhood was quiet at night, with the backyard being next to a golf course.
