“The owner of the hotel was very kind and very helpful his service was excellent. He also spoke excellent spanish. He is very trust worthy and happy to help their guests. The breakfast was very good and it is served at the top floor with an excellent view of the fortress. The Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city and fortress. The room was very clean and very nicely decorated, the bathroom was also clean and nice. ”

“Muy buen trato del personal, la terraza con restaurant y vista al fuerte da para quedarse largo rato leyendo ahí. La limpieza impecable y buena ducha caliente. La pileta estaba en reparación, y no avisaron antes de reservar, así que si van por la pileta pregunten antes.”

“The Marina Mahal is a great value option close to the centre of Jaisalmer. Akbar and Marina are a delightful Indian/New Zealand couple who are extremely hospitable and who do everything to make your stay memorable. They can arrange a brilliant trip into the desert. The vegetarian food in the rooftop restaurant is excellent and the views are stunning. Rooms are comfortable with AC, reliable hot water and free WiFi and the whole place exudes local atmosphere. Highly recommended!”
