“Loved my stay at here—completely overdelivered for the price. New property, beautifully maintained. Fantastic location, a 5 minute walk from the fort entrance. Gorgeous rooftop area with the best views in town. Lovely, attentive staff. Helped me upgrade easily when a room became available. They don’t have a traditional restaurant, but the food they had was very good. Only quibble was that the pool wasn’t quite clean enough to swim in. Otherwise, great stay.”

“The Marina Mahal is a great value option close to the centre of Jaisalmer. Akbar and Marina are a delightful Indian/New Zealand couple who are extremely hospitable and who do everything to make your stay memorable. They can arrange a brilliant trip into the desert. The vegetarian food in the rooftop restaurant is excellent and the views are stunning. Rooms are comfortable with AC, reliable hot water and free WiFi and the whole place exudes local atmosphere. Highly recommended!”

Nos encantó el hotel desde el momento del checkin, nos recibieron con collares de flores, muy amables todo el tiempo todo el personal. La habitación muy cómoda y grande, y también el baño... fabuloso! Nos ofrecieron un chai , té típico indio, antes de salir de excursión, y luego por la noche tomamos algo en el restaurante de la terraza en un ambiente muy agradable . Todo buenísimo ! “This place is just lovely, the owner is very kind and knowledgable, and they can arrange any tours. I enjoyed the desert safari, and you can ride in the jeep if you don't want to ride the camels. They offer pickup and drop off from the train station, which is amazing. The rooms are large and comfortable, and there is a nice rooftop cafe and lounge, which is great for meeting other travelers.
