“Our room was very dirty. There was a brown puddle of pee and scum built up on floor and wall around the back of the toilet. The shower was filthy and there was a sticky spill on the kitchen floor. We immediately went to pak n save and bought cleaning products and completely cleaned the bathroom and kitchen. We will never stay here again.”

“Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room.
