“Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. “Apartments are in fron of the Manukau Bus Station, but are incredibly quiet. There is a park in front if you want to take a walk or jog.Two bedroom apartment is good sized, good complete kitchen with oven, stove, big fridge, microwave, toaster.. Bathroom is OK. “Oh my gosh where do I start. This place was so disgusting that we couldn't even contemplate staying in that filth. The place was an absolute dump. As soon as we parked our vehicle the vibe of that place was already telling me to leave. The area was filthy with rubbish outside the room and surrounding areas. The pics on their website did not reflect the lodge at all. The parking was like a matchbox. After ringing to try to cancel we were offered another room. Giving them the benefit of the doubt...
